New bespoke architrave is milled to match the original victorian profiles. The skirting was recovered from the original under-stairs wall and re used on the now plastered back wall.
The new cellar door installed and ready for use. The floor will be sanded where the old wall used to be, to match the new floor boards on the cellar hatch.
The broken staircase bullnose is repaired by cutting out the broken sections and splicing in new pieces of spruce.
